Description: An original ticket to "Action Overhead: The U.S. Army Show." I found a newspaper article from 1943 that describes it: "The first act of the show depicts in a very vivid manner the action of the various types of incendiary bombs...." while "The next phase of the demonstration deals with conflagrations exhibited in the buildings carried with the show as scenery..... " and "Act II of Action Overhead depicts an air attack, in which the Civilian Defense Control Center is plunged into action....." Finally, ""Action Overhead" comes to a close with the showing of a flaming "V" for Victory -- the symbol of days to come." The ticket is about 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" and is made from cardstock. It is in good condition with a missing corner and typical vintage wear and aging. It displays really well. A rare item and a superb addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open and I always combine shipping. Please see my store for more museum quality artifacts of history.
