Paint was gently stripped and professionally painted with a multi-step process and correct wrinkle coat. This piece is show car ready. Top is 18 inches, base is 18.5 inches. Base opening is 5 inches. Notice the indents, the C.A.P. nipple location... this is the real deal, 100% correct. I have the correct NOS filter in another listing.
