It has the signatures of White and Mellon with the more common 'a' variety. It is an inexpensive note that would fit in perfectly to a type collection, district set, or advanced Freidberg collection. This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 20. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
