Description: A beautiful 1930`s era antique ceiling pendant light fixture with what appears to be a hand painted glass globe featuring exotic parrots. The upper shade is comprised of concentric rings of color textured decoration that contrasts to the birds and foliage. The light fixture is an antique solid stamped brass hanging ceiling fixture with a single inside light socket. The fixture is a beautiful piece of antique lighting. Combined with the parrot shade it makes a very exotic / Art Deco statement. A great decorating addition to an entry, hallway, breakfast room or enclosed porch. Together the fixture and glass shade are 23 inches long. x 8 in. at the widest area of the shade. The canopy portion of the fixture has a 4 1/2 in. diameter opening. A set of new mounting hardware has been added inside the fixture. The wiring is new UL approved lamp wire. The standard socket is new as well.
