Soon after, Boss created the compact pedal platform known the world over today. Thus, the Boss CE-2 was born. The CE-2's popularity has has also grown due to the use of its analog chorus. Defined by many as a smooth chorus effect much differet from the newer digital slye circuits used today. Often referred to as swirly in nature. The debate rages on as to which stlye sounds better. It is arguable but ultimately boils down to the listeners' preference. Each have characteristics that are appealing. This pedal functions as it should. It has a blue led installed.
