For work I used to make a lot of training videos and purchased this Threadripper to help with improve performance in my Adobe renders as well as to host various virtual machines to reflect the different devices used at my org. I've since changed positions at my job and find myself performing less work-related intensive tasks and really just use my PC for gaming, which the 3960x doesn't necessarily excel at. I'm selling this CPU, RAM, Mobo combo in hopes that the person who buys it will get some use out of it and let her spread her wings. She's a beast of a CPU, and has been good to me. I have to find the original packaging for the 2nd set of Vengeance RGB, but I'm sure I have it in a drawer somewhere.I keep this computer, and its surrounding area, super clean so she's always had great airflow and has been cooled by a 360 AIO for the entire time I've owned it.
