This chain martingale has a double chain design, giving the collar great strength when handling tough breeds. The chain links have been welded together to keep the collar as resilient and durable as possible. It also keeps the chain from becoming twisted around your dog's neck. Martingale collars are made to prevent your dog from slipping out while she is being walked on a leash. This collar can also be used as a training collar. The martingale collar is often referred to as a humane choke collar. Martingales will tighten around your dog's neck whenever she tries to remove her head from the collar. Then, the martingale will loosen again when your dog stops struggling against it.
