Description: Rebuild kit for late Delco CS144 alternator This kit includes all the new parts as shown in the picture. 140-amp Rectifier, complete brush holder assembly, drive end bearing, slip-ring end needle bearing, 12-volt voltage regulator. I have also included in this kit a new capacitor, regulator-rectifier connector, bat. stud kit, 3 uninsulated & 1 insulated screws. This kit will fit the following Delco Unit numbers ;10463681, 10463844, 10464076, 10464079, 10464080, 10464403, 10479995, 10480205, 10480227, 10480278, 10480310, 10480311, 10480363 Because of the variety of different voltage regulators, with different circuitry used in CS series alternators, it is important to confirm that the kit you are going to order has the correct voltage regulator for your application. For instance, this regulator will not work for a (1996-99) Oldsmobile Aurora, which requires a different regulator. The bearing sizes for this kit are included in the specifications above. If you are not sure if this is the correct kit for you, please ask questions. If you have an older model CS144 I have other kits available. I have included regulator reference numbers below to help.
