This is perfectly normal for this style of case and further details are on the CGC boards if you use a search engine and use "CGC case gaps".We will not accept returns or claims for not as described for this as it is a characteristic of this style of case. We will provide photos of the sides before shipping to avoid any issues over claims that the cases are faulty.The grade is guaranteed to be high investment grade 9.8 (NEAR MINT/MINT) and this is a yellow label CGC Signature Series, which means that an authorised CGC representative witnessed the signing and this also acts as a Certificate Of Authenticity.As soon as the comic is signed, it is removed by a CGC authorised party and submitted straight to CGC for grading and encapsulation, guaranteeing the authenticity of the signature.You can check the validity of the grading and signature by entering the 10 digit serial number on the yellow label into the CGC comics web-site.There are no significant scratches or cracks to the outer holder.
