Oracal 651 Vinyl is solvent-based, permanent outdoor vinyl of premium quality and the most popular in industry. Decal is sealed with clear transfer tape to transfer decal to desired surface. Decal is easily applied to any clean, smooth surface. Great for cars, trucks, SUVs, & businesses – windows, walls & more! Apply decal as follows:Prep the surface area. Clean the application area with rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol. Ensure the application area is dry, clean, and free from any debris or contamination.Plan the area for application. You may want to first mark where you plan to place the decal.If necessary, remove any excess air bubbles in the transfer tape. Use a credit card or squeegee to gently apply pressure to the back of the decal, removing any large air bubbles that may exist. Peel transfer tape with decal away from sheet backing. Start at the corner and work slowly, completely removing the transfer tape with decal away from sheet backing.Apply the decal using transfer tape to the application area. Gently use a credit card or squeegee over the transfer tape to ensure the decal is in place.Peel the transfer tape away from decal. Peel away slowly at a 45 degree angle, ensuring the decal remains in place. Take your time.Allow the decal to cure for approximately one (1) day before getting wet. Enjoy your decal! For decal sizes 8” Length and smaller, your order will be shipped in an envelope. For decal sizes 16” Length and larger, your order will be shipped rolled up in a shipping tube, with tracking. Unpackage your decal as follows (ONLY FOR SHIPPING TUBE ORDERS): Remove end cap from shipping tube. Remove decal.Carefully unroll decal and place face down on a flat surface.Allow decal to flatten out on surface approximately 15min before using.
