These weights were manufactured using the sandcasting method and are very consistent for being done with that manufactuing process. That being said, there are going to be some imperfections and slight and inconsistencies. Our stance is that a weight is a weight and you shouldn't have to pay $60 or $90 for a pair of weights that you're not going to take another look at once they're installed on your hanguard. Because of that, we've done our best to manufacture inexpensive weights that function exactly the same but some blemishes may be visible.
