SHIPPING INFORMATION RETURNS UPS Ground Small printers weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided once shipped. LTL Freight Curbside Delivery Heavy and/or oversize printers will be shipped by Commercial Freight with Standard Curbside Delivery Service. If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact us for a quote. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge. We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If you do not request these services, you will be responsible for taking the shipment off the delivery truck and inside your facility.
