Condition Notes:*Minifig (jred010) has faded print on jacket.*Minifig (ncklc004), gold necklace is faded.*Stickers are applied by someone 6-12 years old.*The "Legoland Hotel" sticker is applied to a series of white bricks:(3) 2x4, (1) 2x2, (1) 2x10These brick DO NOT belong to the set, they are extra bricks.*Some stickers remain on the sticker sheet.*All parts of the box are included, but some of the glue has let go with age.*The instruction booklet is worn.*All parts are vintage, some are worn, a few are really worn.*The tree looks like there is some damage on the end and it appears a little bent.All parts have been checked & accounted for. We have lightly washed the set.
