Description: Hi, This is the 2004 LIONEL 6-28697 C&O Berkshire Jr. Locomotive and Tender. A little dusty from display but otherwise in like new condition. Box and foam are great. As you hear in the video, when the loco goes in motion, the idle sounds still play. I tried this tender on another like train and it works fine. Must be something loose or miscommunicating in Engine. You can turn off sounds and still get whistle and bell. Or, look under the hood and see what you can do. An AWESOME looking train to run and or display for not a ton of cash.Forward, reverse, tons of smoke, light, great whistle and bell and sounds as you hear.
