The item is in C) Used, Good cosmetic condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. (SEE PICTURES) All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in working condition. There are cracks in the screen (SEE PICTURES #3 - #7). The cracks in the screen go over the camera lens and causes a glare (SEE PICTURES #7 & #8).I was able to power on the PC using an in-house power supply (not included) and get into the BIOS. I was able to load a temporary Linux Mint operating system to test the device. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi. The Bluetooth, Touchscreen, Keyboard, Speakers, Camera, Microphone, Headphone jack and USB ports are all working. The original operating system is missing. The battery charges and holds a charge but I cannot guarantee the life of the battery. Does not come with a Microsoft Surface 65W Power Supply.
