Defects being the left side of the pants have a flaw in the fabric between the waist and upper thigh area; the fabric has diagonal runs across the panel front and back. The darker fabric somewhat masks/hides these runs. Also the waist drawstring is missing. A local fabric or craft store should have something comparable to replace the missing drawstring for under $5 dollars. Please see pictures, thank you!
