The item depicts an Arabian Middle Eastern desert cityscape landscape with architecture buildings, people in a street scene. The painting looks to me to be Middle Eastern in origin. I do not know the location depicted or the origin (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist: Martre Bart (see photos). The item is from an estate liquidation sale. The painting is framed in a painted wood picture frame. The item framed measures about 27.5 inches high and it is about 24 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 21.5 inches high and it is about 18 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs, finish losses and signs of wear (see photos). The painting has some paint losses and some signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
