Description: Nice real photo postcard. Workers digging shale for road to West Virginia coal town? Pencil notation on the back: "W. Va. Shale for road building". Postally unused with faded AZO stamp box. Soiling front and back, lightly bumped/creased corners. NOTE 1: postcards, photos and most paper items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with sturdy packing.
