The building has normal signs of use. It is discolored. There are no broken parts. The steeple is missing. Listing is for the building only; no additional parts or accessories are included. There is no box for the building. Building can use a quick cleaning. Due to the defects noted, the building is being sold "AS IS". Returns will not be accepted on this item.
