Measures appx 11 & 1/2 inches long and 5 & 1/2 inches wide. Condition is good.Driver is loose in seat, but does not fall out or fall over.Steering wheel is fixed in place.Wheels spin fine. (There is no mechanism such as friction- it is simple axle and wheel). Significant scuffing and scratching throughout the toyPresent on the interior tin, and all around the exterior surface. Windshield has heavy wear, which includes major scuffing and some cracks. I do not see any signs of glue residue on the cracks, nor do I see any separation happening in the plastic (that would divide the windshield in pieces).There is some light rattling from tiny debris which may have fallen into open holes on top.
