Therefore use RefectoCil Eyelash and eyebrow tints always with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid or cream. Content: 50 ml Sufficient for approximately 100 applications. How to use Mix 10 drops of liquid oxidant with 2cm of tint. Sufficient for approximately 100 applications. Ingredients Refectocil Oxidant Cream 3% - Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth-20, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate Refectocil Oxidant Liquid 3% - Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
