There is a small nick about 3” down the spine on the side closest to the front cover. The bottom corners of the covers have been slightly bumped. There are some surface scratches on the back cover. The page block shows very slight waviness but no sign of moisture intrusion at all. There is a very small dogear on the top corner of pages 77-104.
