Description: Set Of 7 early 90’s silicon waffers! Wafer is 6 inches across (150mm) and was fabricated by Dallas Semiconductor in 1994. The wafer is in excellent condition, no scratches, chips, or other blemishes and over 200 CPUs are on it. The wafer colors will vary depending on viewing angle and lighting conditions. The processor chip is new looking condition, but untested (no scratches or chips in the package, no bent pins, no solder on the pins) . Photos were taken under ordinary incandescent room light.
