The top skirt on this tutu is not as long as many like, On the small adult, it is 11 inches, on the large adult , nearly 12", small child 9", medium child 10". This is a 5 tier graduated black organdy tutu,all layers are organdy Style 4921.stiff but soft feel to the fabric.IT HAS NO TRUNKS ATTACHED, THE MODEL IS SHOWING IT OVER A LEOTARD the models are showing it in black. This tutu retails at $20 and is perfect. It can be pancaked if you desire, it is stiff enough and full enough to give you a nice flat tutu.
