Description: This is a beautiful, large 24" Antique Simon and Halbig Baby doll. The doll is made in Germany. She has a bisque head and composition body. She has a beautiful face with blue, open and close eyes.It is a very rare doll with flirty eyes. They move and "flirt" when you move her head.The tongue in her mouth also moves/vibrates when you move the head.It is quite fascinating.She has a gorgeous open mouth with front teeth showing and delicately brushed upper and lower eyelashes and eyebrows.There is no visible cracks or damage on the bisque head. On her back of the neck is marked, "K R around a star - Simon & Halbig - Germany - 126 " The composition body is in good condition with small paint peels. There is a small damage at the front of her body, where it connects the neck.She has all her fingers. I am not sure about the toes, I didn't remove her shoesThe wig is in good condition. It looks newer. One of her leg looks a little shorter. I think it is Simon and Halbig molds, I have two more dolls from the same maker and both have one leg just a bit shorterShe wears a white pants and white dress The dress is vintage, probably from 40's or 50'sThere could be some small rips and stains, consistent with the age of the old antique and vintage clothes The doll is in overall good condition.
