Description: Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon from Duluth, Minnesota. This spoon was produced by Paye & Baker. The bowl has an etched engraving for Duluth. The front tip features an Indian on horseback with a farmer in the field followed by what I believe are Whiskey Barrels and then Minnesota. The back of the spoon has an Eagle and flag.
