What is presented is that this unit does perform as pictured since not all functions are tested, there are always unknown conditions the buyer assumes the entire risk on an "as-is" item. We do not refund any monies due to misunderstood auctions so beyond the unit performing as pictured, items such as calibration or repair, if needed, is the responsibility of the buyer. What is presented is that this unit does perform as pictured and this is again verified right before it goes into the shipping box and the unit is insured for the amount of purchase so if damaged in shipping it can be reimbursed through a claim to the carrier. The unit is packed well we do not assume liability if the claim is denied by the carrier this applies to lost carrier shipments. Compatibility is not guaranteed and we will not refund, replace any items because of compatibility problems. We also will not warranty any items failing because buyer lacks technical knowledge. (installation, setup etc..) Items found damage because of improper handling will not be warranted and will be kept in storage until buyer prepays for shipping back to them. If buyer will not send the payment for shipping in 30 days these items will disposed.
Items returned as defective (new items) or that claims are for filed through me against the carrier will be verified. If an item is found to be damaged the packing materials must be retained for carrier inspection. The claims process done by carriers varies some may take as long as 7 weeks including re-inspection of the packing or item. If they are found not to be defective or damaged it is shipped back to the buyer. Only verified approved claims are paid and if the claim is to be paid for the full amount then the buyer must relinquish the unit as these are for final disposition by the carrier. The seller reserves to right to determine the units repair, replacement or reimbursement in damaged or claim instances. If the item was damaged in shipping (visual damage, loose parts, etc..) you must notify me immediately, I will file claims for shipping damage against a carrier as this is required by law for the shipper to be involved in the claims process. I reserve the right to reject bids from people with excessive negative feedback or from non-registered bidders.
