The item might be unused but laundered. Excellent = Very little indication of use. Very Good = some signs of use, possibly light fading or piling. Good = Item has some condition issues that will be noted in the description. Please note - today many new articles of new clothing are sold in a "distressed" condition. If we are selling items that are purposely distressed, we will note that in the description. Items are measured in a "relaxed" state. That is, ribbed or stretch items are not stretched. The chest measurement is taken at the bottom of the arm opening. Sleeves are also measured from the bottom of the arm opening to the end.
