Description: General auction info/background… This item comes from an extremely well stored "collection". Over 30 years ago my family purchased a small apartment building and converted it to office space. When we acquired the property there was one residential holdout who had lived there for 20 years prior to our purchase and he was grandfathered to be able to stay. This tenant saved EVERYTHING but just recently moved to hospice and asked us to sell what we could for him. Most of the items we are listing have been hung in plastic bags since the 80's based on dry-cleaning tags. Items are likely dated from the mid to late 60s until the very late 70s and are in very good condition. Any obvious defects I have tried to highlight in the photos, but please assume that there may be flaws that I have not noticed. Sold as is. Most items that are in this “collection” don’t have sizes on them, so to put it in perspective the gentleman who owned these was about 5’ 7” tall and probably weighed about 140-150 pounds. If I were to take a guess and pants are probably about a 28” waist and 30” long. Any shirt is probably what would be considered a small or medium in some cases depending on the item and person.
