I charge a flat 18.00 to pay for the PVC tubing and the very expensive shipping to get the rod to you in great condition. I require insurance on any item over 100.00 dollars and will invoice accordingly. Free shipping is in the 48 lower U.S. States.I combine shipping on any items purchased in a 3 day period.
