Description: This fab floral 1980s puff sleeve dress by Choon California is one of the most 80s dresses I’ve ever seen! Complete with incredible puffed sleeved (with tulle inside of them to give it that extra fluff), vibrant florals, a full skirt, and a gathered bodice design. Dress has boning in bodice, elastic on sleeves, and a layer of tulle underneath skirt. Length of dress is about tea length. In great condition with no flaws noted. This fabulous piece measures 13” across the waist and 17”-18” across the bust, measured flat, doubled for full.
