Description: My Dad's (born 1938 Philadelphia PA) vintage train set. Mostly American Flyer 3/16 scale S gauge. Included is the 290 engine with original box, cars 639, 646, 640 (no chassis), and caboose 830 Reading with original box. There's 26 straight and 29 curved tracks with a hi-lo trestle kit plus track switches and various hardware. The model town buildings appear to be a church, firehouse, garage, airport, and hospital. The vintage billboards add some flare. There is no guarantee that all buildings have all the pieces. The 290 engine will likely need a complete overhaul to work again. I can not be sure about the diesel's operation status. but its condition seems good for its age.
