There is still a small package drifting around and USPS cannot find it; therefore, I was forced to refund the buyer nearly $60, though I followed every protocol. Since Priority is always insured to $100, I am now forced to use this to save my own bacon. This is my source of income and I'm not Walmart or Amazon, to be able to issue refunds and not feel it.
