The “Tiffany&Co New York” Stamp along with the movement number is like a name/number plate of the New York subway station. Price will be back to $4999 on February 1st. Great opportunity for a collector to have it. *** Original seller had this watch in his drawer for over 8 years before he sold it to me. I’ve owned/stored this watch for a good 4 years. The case used to be silver-like, I wonder what could cause it to change to a “blued titanium”-like color? One of the auction houses in UK had a later year, gold edition of this wrist watch. In their video, they said the watch was done by Tiffany, before selling their watch factory to Patek. I’m not a watch historian, but the movement serial number matches with Patek Philippe movement from 1885 (photo added). The seller told me the watch might be from 1920, but when I took it to my watch master, he said “it seams to be a much older watch” (he deals with clocks and pocket watches too, he is knowledgeable about vintage movements). Condition: Movement runs super strong, Looks Beautiful. Winds like a brand new watch The porcelain dial has no cracks or defects That being said, the watch might need a service, my watch master said could use an adjustment/new minute hand due to the hands being stuck sometimes (again, movement runs strong, just minute hand needs adjusting).
