This collector's Swiss Army Knife was produced in 2000 by Wenger for the Patrouille des Glaciers race, a mountaineering race by the Swiss Armed Forces held every two years in Switzerland. The 2000 Wenger (1.511.02.M) is based on the Classic 10 model and was dedicated to village of Arolla. It has a brass plate on the front scale displaying a mountain hut and a view of the Tete Blanche mountain. The main blade is marked with the lettering: PATROUILLE DES GLACIERS. The blue-and-white Patrouille des Glaciers mountain logo is printed on the rear scale. Condition: Excellent. Never Used, some minor smudges and scratches due to storage, as pictured.
