Description: Used Vintage Williams 3/4 drive torque wrench. Seems to work well. Ratchet head moves smoothly and switches easily. Doesn't bind or spin free so teeth seem good. Lock unlock moves smoothly. Torque adjuster is very tight or I just don't have the strength the tool requires but I could move it a few clicks in either direction with channellocks. It has rust and finish wear but though my knowledge is partly limited it seems to be in good working order. Please review questions and please feel free to ask questions as I don't have an abundance of knowledge on a Torque wrench of this size. Thanks for looking
